Shipping & Returns
We use a signature required service with Courier Post. Our courier will not leave a package without the item being signed for unless you’ve stated that you have given authority to leave the package in a secure location in the comment section when checking out. If no one is at the address when the driver attempts delivery, a card to call will be left with instructions on how to arrange collection or re-delivery.
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes in New Zealand, as the delivery service requires a signature upon delivery.
All international orders are sent with DHL Express and have an Authority to Leave. This means the parcel may be left in a secure location without a signature if you're not there to receive the parcel. International orders also cannot be delivered to a PO Box and the receiver is responsible for any duties/costs to be paid in your country as required.
New Zealand- FREE shipping for all orders over $100 or $10 for all orders under $100
Australia shipping flat rate- $30NZD
Rest of the world shipping flat rate- $70NZD
*Please remember that during very busy times, delivery may take longer and any delays in the postal service are out of our control. Should there be a delay in dispatching your order we will contact you immediately to advise you of the reason for the delay.
At Andrea Biani we aim to provide you with quality products and service at all times. However, if you have purchased an item from us and believe it to be faulty, the below conditions do not apply. Faulty items should be returned and will either be repaired if possible, replaced or refunded -please email email@example.com with any questions.
We understand that buying shoes or clothing online can be tricky as you've never felt the product or tried it on. Our return policy allows you to get a full refund or exchange for any products that you're not happy with excluding Sale Goods. Purchases from Australia & New Zealand have 10 days to return items from the date you receive the product with a completed return form. Purchases from all other countries have 31 days to return items with a completed return form.
Returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with all the garment tags and/or neatly in the shoes box. We will refuse returns of items where it's obvious that the above conditions have not been met.
You can return your online order into one of our retail stores however the refund will be processed from the Head office. We do not accept returns on sunglasses, earrings or Sale Goods. Please note, if you have paid via Partpay or Laybuy, you cannot exchange the item instore for another product, and you must return via our distribution centre.

If you are exchanging Laybuy or PartPay items via our distribution centre, we will process a refund on the items returned, and you will need to re-purchase via our website. We are more than happy to honour free shipping and any special prices paid - just contact our customer services team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returns are at the cost of the purchaser and remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Andrea Biani. If the item is deemed faulty, postage will be refunded-please email our customer services team at email@example.com if this is the case.
We recommend you send your package on a tracked service so you are able to track the whereabouts of your return. Andrea Biani is not liable for returns lost in transit that have not been tracked. Any exchanges will be sent back to the purchaser for FREE.

CLICK AND COLLECT
Collect your online purchase at your local Andrea Biani store, free of charge. Simply purchase your product online and select which store the product is located for you to collect. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for collection.
*please only select Click & Collect if you are located in Dunedin or Christchurch and able to physically collect the goods from our retail stores.
