New Zealand orders


- FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100 New Zealand wide
- Online purchases under $100 can be delivered FOR $10nz
- Deliveries within New Zealand for orders placed before 2pm will be received within 48 hours
- Rural deliveries 2-3 working days
- We require a signature with all deliveries unless you’ve stated that you have given authority to leave the package in a secure location. If no one is      at the address when the driver attempts delivery, a card to call will be left with instructions on how to arrange collection or re-delivery.


International orders

- All international orders sent via DHL
- Australia shipping flat rate- $30NZD 3-5 working days
- Rest of the world shipping flat rate- $70NZD 3-10 working days

RETURN POLICY


At Andrea Biani we aim to provide you with quality products and service at all times. The following change of mind time frames apply:-In-store: 3 day from the date of purchase-Online (New Zealand): 10 days from date of delivery-Online (International): 30 days from order placement

- Your refund will be processed by the head office to the card you used to make that purchase


LAYBUY + PARTPAY RETURNS

Laybuy + PartPay returns can be exchanged for product of the same value. If you request a full refund this will be processed from head office and can take up to 7 working days.

Subject to the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Full Price merchandise returned for change of mind within the above time frames can be returned for an exchange or full refund subject to the following conditions:
- Proof of purchase is accompanied with the returned product
- The merchandise is unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original condition with all tags/shoebox intact.
- Original packaging
- Sale goods can only be returned for store credit or size exchange.

EXCEPTIONS TO OUR RETURN POLICY
Our return policy does not apply to the following merchandise:
  • - Due to hygiene reasons, earrings, hair accessories and hosiery are unable to be returned for change of mind or refund. 

  • FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM/S
  • When returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, we will arrange return postage on your behalf.
