    We have three retail stores located in Christchurch; Merivale Mall, The Crossing and our outlet store at DressSmart Hornby.     You can send any order back to us and we will exchange it for you if the stock is available. We will notify you with your tracking details once the new item has been sent. Alternatively, you can visit one of our retail stores and our friendly staff will assist you. Please refer to our Returns Guide  for instructions on how to send orders back to us.

    Yes.  You can return your shoes to us and we can process an exchange, credit or refund for you. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information.

    Yes. We ship to Australia for a flat rate of $25. As your order will be sent from New Zealand, please allow some extra time for it to arrive as it will be processed through Australian Customs. Please note any additional fees upon entering Australian customs will not be covered by Andrea Biani.

    We express ship all of our orders on an overnight service with NZ Post. However, we cannot guarantee the 24 hour delivery period as there can be occasional delays due to NZ Post’s delivery volume and unexpected weather events. Please allow extra time for delivery to rural addresses. If your order is placed before midday, Monday to Thursday,  there is a high likelihood of overnight delivery. Shipping to Australia may take approximately 10 days or more depending on International customs. Andrea Biani will not be responsible for any international customs fees.

    You will need to cover the cost of shipping to get the item back to us. We recommend using a tracked service for added security. Please ensure you send the item back in unworn, resellable condition in the packaging you received it in. We do not accept returns without a shoebox. If your order is faulty, we will cover the shipping cost. Just email hello@abshoes.co.nz and our lovely team will help.

    If your order is faulty, please get in touch with our team at hello@abshoes.co.nz and we can help you resolve your issue as soon as possible. It really helps us if you are able to attach photos for our reference and your order number or proof of purchase if you have it. 

    Once we receive your shoes back and they meet our return requirements, we will process your refund immediately. You will receive a confirmation email update once this has been processed. Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to show back in your account. 

    Yes. You can visit our stores to return an item you’ve ordered online. Please note that you will be refunded by the Andrea Biani Head Office Team if you have purchased the item online and not in store. Your refund will be processed and returned to the payment method you originally purchased on.

    You’re welcome to return "End of Season" sale items or promotional goods, including items from events like "VIP DAY" or "Holiday Specials," for a full refund or an exchange. Your satisfaction is our priority, even during our special offers and sales events.

    Products marked as "FINAL CLEARANCE" are offered at significantly reduced prices therefore these items can only be returned for store credit or exchanged unless the product is deemed to be faulty, not fit for purpose, or varies from its product description.     If you email us immediately at hello@abshoes.co.nz we will do our very best to cancel your order before it is sent out. However, if our team has already sent the item out,you will need to follow our returns process. 

    Yes, we offer ‘click and collect’ from our retail stores. Please follow the instructions at the online checkout to select one of our retail stores to collect your order from. You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection. 

    If you make an error at checkout and wish to change your shipping address or size please get in touch with our team as soon as possible at hello@abshoes.co.nz and we will do our best to update your order before the item is sent out. Please note that we cannot guarantee that this will be possible, in which case you will need to follow our returns process or contact NZ Post with your tracking number.

    If your order has been cancelled or refunded by Andrea Biani please check your emails as you will have been notified as to why - the item did not pass our quality control check and is therefore not suitable for purchase. 

    Please check your emails - you may need to check your junk mail. Your tracking number will be sent to you from NZ Post once your order has been picked up for delivery. You can track your parcel here. 

    There is no signature required for your parcel unless you specify in the comments section at checkout. Andrea Biani is not responsible or liable for damage, theft or loss to your parcel.

    Return guidelines

    • The merchandise must have been purchased through andreabianishop.co.nz. We can only process returns for items bought from our official website.
    • Returns should be delivered to our head office or one of our retail stores within 14 days from the date of delivery to qualify for a refund or store credit. Please note that we do not accept drop-offs at our head office.
    • It's essential to complete our online return form, which you can find here. This form helps us process your return efficiently.
    • The returned merchandise must be in its original condition, which means it should be unworn, unwashed, and unused. Additionally, all tags must remain attached and the item should be returned in its original packaging. For shoes, please ensure they are returned in their original shoebox, as the shoebox is considered a part of the product.

    For full price items purchased online or through pre-order, Andrea Biani offers flexible return options.     Faulty, damaged or incorrectly described items

    In the unfortunate event of a fault, damaged or incorrectly described item, we kindly request you to reach out to our team at hello@abshoes.co.nz. Please include clear images along with a detailed description of the issue to assist us in promptly addressing your concern.  We will arrange return postage on your behalf via NZ Post or refund postage costs to you upon presentation of receipt/s. 

    1. Please ensure that all the conditions of return outlined above have been met before initiating the return process.

    2. To initiate your return request, please use our dedicated Returns Portal. Follow the step-by-step prompts within the portal to complete your Return request.

    Please note- We do not accept drop offs to our warehouse in person. No stock is kept at this location so we cannot do in person exchanges.

    4. After we receive and process your returned item, you will receive an email notification regarding the status of your refund or store credit. We kindly ask for your patience during this process and recommend allowing up to 3 business days for your return to be fully processed.

    HOW TO RETURN - IN STORE

    To provide you with added convenience, we gladly accept returns and exchanges for online orders at our Andrea Biani stores. You can find our store locations here.Please follow the steps below:

    1. For a hassle free return or exchange make sure your return aligns with our return guidelines by securing the item in its original packaging and have your order details readily available.
    2. Items eligible for a refund will be processed by our Customer Service team within 3 working days onto the payment method you made the original purchase on. Our dedicated in-store team is ready to assist you with processing exchanges to ensure you have the perfect fitting item.
    3. Once your return has been processed you will receive an email notification confirming the details of your refund or store credit.

    Please be aware that Andrea Biani stores do not provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases unless the item is deemed faulty. However, we are pleased to offer exchanges or issue store credit when you present a receipt within 3 days of the purchase date. Any store credit issued is valid for a period of 12 months from the issuing date.

    • The items must be returned to an Andrea Biani store within 3 days from the purchase date.
    • You must provide proof of purchase along with the returned merchandise.
    • The returned merchandise must be in its original condition, which means it should be unworn, unwashed, and unused. Additionally, all tags must remain attached. For shoes, please ensure they are returned in their original shoebox, as the shoebox is considered a part of the product.

    Full Price Item/s-

    If you've purchased a full-price item from one of our retail stores, you have the option to return them for either an exchange or store credit, unless the product is deemed to be faulty or not fit for purpose.

    SHIPPING

    We offer FREE shipping on NZ orders over $150!

    For orders under $150, shipping is a flat rate of NZD$10.00 which is automatically applied at checkout.

    We use NZ Post to send all our online orders out. Parcels are automatically sent out to you with no signature required upon delivery. If you wish to change this please write in the comment section at checkout “signature required”. Andrea Biani does not take responsibility for posted items that are lost in the mail, delivered incorrectly by the courier company or to a previous or incorrect address as entered by the customer. Andrea Biani will not be liable for items stolen upon delivery or damaged due to weather or delivery placement by the courier driver.

    You will automatically receive an email when your order has been dispatched with your tracking details. It is important to check you have given us the correct email and physical address when placing your order.If you do not receive this email and would like to know your tracking number please email our customer service team hello@abshoes.co.nz

    Orders placed before 1pm will usually be processed the same day and sent out in 24 hours (weekdays only). For rural deliveries please allow 2-3 working days. 

    All Australian orders will be applied at a flat shipping rate of  $18.00 AUD (NZD $20.00).

    Australian orders are shipped via NZ Post/Australia Post and aim to be delivered between 2-10 working days.

    Please remember that during very busy times, delivery may take longer and any delays in the postal service are out of our control. Should there be a delay in dispatching your order we will contact you immediately via email to advise you of the reason for the delay. You will receive an email with tracking once it has been picked up by the carrier.

    Andrea Biani will not be liable for items stolen upon delivery or damaged due to weather or delivery placement by the courier driver OR any additional international customs fees.

    We are able to ship to PO Boxes in New Zealand via NZ Post. However international orders cannot be delivered to a PO Box address.

    What is “Click & Collect"?
    Our convenient "Click & Collect" service enables you to place an order online and then pick up your selected item(s) from your chosen Andrea Biani retail store, free of charge. Once your order is ready for collection, we will promptly notify you via email. To find our store locations, please refer to our store locator

    How to place a “Click & Collect” order?
    After adding your item/s to your shopping cart, simply proceed to the checkout to finalise your order. During the checkout process, you can select your preferred pick-up store, make the payment, and complete your order.Once this is done, you will receive an “Order Confirmation” email, followed by an “Order Status” email when your items are ready for collection. We strive to keep you informed and make your Click & Collect experience as smooth as possible at Andrea Biani. 
    *Please note there are no click and collect options on final clearance sale items. 

    When collecting your order in-store, please make sure to bring the following items:To collect your order, please ensure you have your order confirmation email and a valid form of identification with you.If you require your order to be collected on your behalf, your nominated person will need to email our customer service team at hello@abshoes.co.nzand the nominated person will need to provide a copy of the order confirmation email.
