Andrea Biani South Island is a registered online trading company located at Shop 31, 189 Papanui Road, Merivale, Christchurch.
We may modify the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy from time to time. If you do not agree to any change to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy then you must immediately stop using the Site. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law.
*All sale items are on final clearance and therefore unable to be returned or refunded unless deemed faulty. Please be mindful when selecting your sizes and styles.
REGISTRATION
To place an order online you can either create an account or checkout as a guest (this will still require your email address). Once you sign up for an account you can easily change any details, save an address, or see your current and previous orders that you have placed.
The account password you provide should be unique and kept secure, and you must notify Andrea Biani South Island immediately for any breach of security. Your email address is connected to your loyalty points. If you are an existing customer and have not purchased on our site and you have provided us with your email address at one of our stores your Loyalty points will be in the system. If this changes please let us know immediately so we can update our records.

INSURANCE AND DELIVERY
Andrea Biani South Island insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Andrea Biani South Island and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, or 48 hours during sale periods. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Andrea Biani South Island are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
